📢 HMNA Communication Update

Hi neighbours 👋

We’re streamlining how we manage communication going forward. To improve efficiency and ensure nothing gets missed, HMNA is moving away from email and shifting all general communication to a simple Google Form.

📝 Please use this link for all HMNA-related queries, feedback, or requests:

This helps us:
✅ Keep better track of queries
✅ Ensure directors receive relevant info
✅ Respond more effectively

If you have any concerns, you’re still very welcome to speak to your street reps, who can raise matters directly with the community team.

Thanks for your understanding and continued support!

Ilegal Dumping

Good morning Manorites

Re: illegal dumping of refuse bags at suburb public bins

It is unfortunate that the committee have to put out a comms like this to the suburb, but this illegal behaviour of a few, has become a problem for the majority of residents living in the roads surrounding the Woodlands park and on open servitudes to the pinotage gate.

We strongly request that those residents, who are illegally dumping their extra black rubbish bags at the suburb public bins, refrain from this bad behaviour immediately.

The answer is simple:
If you don’t have enough space in your pickitup bins, simply obtain another bin from them.

Just to clarify : Pickitup DO NOT clear the 30 public bins around the suburb, HMNA have to pay for these bins to be cleared and rubbish removed.

We also kindly request that the residents of Riesling, Woodlands, Culemborg & Audocia, be vigilant and when you or your domestic worker, see this illegal behaviour occurring, to ascertain which property the culprit is from, and report it to committee. This is a finable offence by CoJ, for illegal dumping.

The security companies have also been asked to be on the lookout for these culprits and to photograph and report these illegal incidents.

We hope that this issue is resolved promptly.
