{"id":7,"date":"2020-01-07T08:03:49","date_gmt":"2020-01-07T08:03:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hmna.co.za\/?page_id=7"},"modified":"2026-06-22T16:10:21","modified_gmt":"2026-06-22T16:10:21","slug":"home","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hmna.co.za\/","title":{"rendered":"About"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Welcome to the beautiful suburb of Hurlingham Manor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We pride ourselves on the fact that we choose to live in Hurlingham Manor, for a number of reasons;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The suburb is central to the Sandton and Randburg CBD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Location to nearby schools, clinics and shopping centres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The suburb is kept relatively safe and secure by dedicated teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The streets are clean and tidy and the two parks and various servitudes are maintained by City Parks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our residents living in this suburb believe we have the best of both worlds, we have the safety, security and community of a complex or estate, &nbsp;but the freedom of a free-standing house on public roads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It really is something special when kids and families can still walk and play in the streets and parks without having their security compromised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have a dedicated volunteer HMNA Committee who reside in the suburb and invest a lot of their time and effort behind the scenes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, there is a monetary cost involved to maintain the high standard of security and upkeep for a sought after suburb like ours, and we have to rely solely on the residents\u2019 membership fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please email our communications team regarding any queries you may have on membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome to the beautiful suburb of Hurlingham Manor.
